The Primary School of Gonnoi participated for the first time in the Erasmus+ KA1 program in 2016, in Key Action 1 in order to improve the quality of the education provided according to European standards

It implemented three (3) European projects, in which school teachers developed new skills and enriched their educational work in order to help students achieve better learning outcomes.
Participating in the Erasmus+ program also provided teachers with the opportunity to improve their language skills, to come into contact with new cultures and civilizations, and to develop a sense of European identity.
In the context of strengthening the impact of European programs on the wider school community, he developed a website for the dissemination of the results of the projects he implemented.
